I realized that every bag is open and 10 cups have been removed from every single bag. Then a set of 4 bags with 160 cup have been sealed together so the illusion of 200 cups in a bag. So who touches all the clean cups? Do you wear gloves to remove these cups?

I put some coffee in here before I left for work, and it was still warm throughout the morning! The cup is very stable and thick and insulated enough not to burn your hands when holding it. I really like the lid, it stays pretty secure and I didn’t have any drips. I plan on keeping these in our camper for our roadtrips- they’re perfect for that!

I am very disappointed that you no longer sell the above item. and haven't for a few years now. All the generic brands that I have purchased are very cheaply made. They leak and do not fit in the Dixie 3oz cup holder properly. I hope that you would reconsider manufacturing this item again. Thank you!

Warning to those of you who also may have assumed that a product image featuring a lid included would mean LIDS ARE included. They are not. In fact, its buried in the tech specs that they are sold separately. These are useless without a lid, if you're trying to move at all while drinking hot coffee. Ridiculous!

Please be aware that these cups have changed! They no longer fit the lids we’ve been purchasing for them for years. Now, I’m stuck with either buying new lids (when we still have so many!) and hoping they work or ditching the new cups. So disappointed.

Scattered throughout my 160 count pack were numerous cups that leaked where the containment bottom should have met the sidewall. Some of the leaks were not easily visible resulting in a few messes. Others, like the first cup failure, would have been evident if I had thought to look. Bad cups were dispersed among good cups, so I eventually found that I could no longer trust this package. I definitely do not recommend this for any of your beverages, especially HOT ones.

We’ve used Dixie insulated cups for a long time and they used to be great. That’s why this was disappointing. With these recent purchases, the insulation just isn’t there anymore. When you pour a hot drink, you can feel the heat right through the cup, and it can actually burn your hand just carrying it to the table. That was never an issue before. The cups also seem thinner and don’t hold up as well. After sitting for a bit, some start to soften and I’ve even noticed slight seepage from the bottom, which we never had happen in the past. Something has definitely changed with the quality. These used to be reliable for hot drinks, but lately they don’t perform the same.

I feel like these cups have never really changed and maybe that’s why I keep coming back to them. They are paper, so they really don’t keep your drink warm at all, but at least they hold whatever you need. I also like that they come with lids so they are portable and make it easy to take your drink with you. Well balanced so they don’t spill and I’ve never had a problem with liquids coming out of the paper. They hold up pretty well.

Recently purchased these to-go cups for my morning coffee or tea. Unfortunately all of the lids in the pack had a crack/tear on the side of the lid where you would put it on the cup and it would not seal to fit. Not ideal for hot products as the liquid will dump directly out of the cup as the lid does not fit with it being cracked open. Disappointed in the product and waste of money.
