These cups keep my coffee hot for maybe an hour, so that’s pretty good. I love that they come with lids and that they’re actually secure. Now, when you put cold drinks in here, the cups feel like they’re sweating. That’s probably the only thing I dislike.

They are very well insulated and keep the drinks warm for prolonged periods. My husband thought they were a bit flimsy in his opiniom that is the only reason why I took off one star.

I use these everyday and the last 3 packages I’ve purchased have had issues with the lids. The first package was short two lids and 9 of the 14 lids split out of both of other two packages. I love this product and I really hope you fix the issues, I hate to switch to another brand. I would like these replaced if possible.
