Love these cups! Usually have no problem reheating my coffee, but last night my cup almost caught fire! Overall, I will keep buying them.

I have been using your product for about Year now but recently I've noticed that not all the kids are being packaged with the cups.

Have a major problem with leakage. Runs right out where the wrap around of the cup meets the base . This is on the 3oz cups. Really is disappointing!

Did not keep drink hot as compared to less expensive brands. Slider lid needs more depth to avoid dribble.
