Freshly brewed coffees heat will make your hand hot if you plan on carrying the paper cup for a bit. If you’re only moving from one surface to another you should be okay. The coffe stayed warm as it would in any paper cup. The lid snapped on easy and securely.

The insulation is perfect, an hour later my tea is still nice and warm.
