I purchased these tires 11 months ago for my 06 Silverado 4wd crew cab. The tires ride great, and have never had any road noise. The outside edges of the front tires never show signs of wear, even though its a 4wd vehicle! Tire rotation every 6 thousand miles! The reason that I purchased Michelin tires is because of their reputation as the best tire on the road, and I've had previous cars that had Michelin tires on them. These tires save you money in the long run in fuel economy and durability. I use this truck for transportation to and from work, towing cars on a car hauler and transportation everywhere else.

Over 80k on my heavy Suburban. I've learned you can pay less for tires, but they will not cost you less. I have never been disappointed with Michelin automobile tires. Great ride, great wear life. I have always gotten at least as much as the mileage ratings.

For a tire that had a 70K warranty, the durability of these tires was extremely disappointing. They wore down to 4/32 after only 43K of mostly highway miles. The newer version of this tire, the Defender LTX M/S has supposedly been improved, so hopefully the durability will be better. In any case, I will not be purchasing another set.

I've had LTX M/S2 tires on my 2003 Suburban for five years. After over 81,000 miles, I've finally replaced them with new a new set of Michelin Defenders. My local tire shop rotated them with every oil change (for free!) and I've never had a problem with them. They wear evenly, and have never had any air loss, leaks or punctures. My mechanic said that I still had enough tread left on the old tires to pass the state inspection, but opted on the side of safety. Who knows how many miles they could have gone. Some people may balk at the cost, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this tire for trucks & SUV's.

These tires are so wonderful... I have never in 12 years had a flat or dry rot problem! I am on my second set of Michelin ATX-MS2 in those 12 years! I don't have to buy new tires every two years anymore and I drive about 20,000 miles a year! They last me 6 years each set. Do the math... they are actually cheaper than other tires because of how long they last. They grip the road extremely well, my Tahoe is a 4x4 and I have never been stuck anywhere! Water, snow and ice are no match for this tire! I respond to emergency EMS calls in all kinds of weather and Michelin has never let me down!

I replaced the original tires on my 2010 Itasca Reyo 25T motorhome with the LTX M.S2 tires and have been very pleased with the durability and ride of these tires. I drove from San Diego, California to Fairbanks, Alaska and back with no incidences and the tires still look new after some pretty rough roads. I highly recommend them. Harriett.

I bought the tires several months ago and they haven't let me down yet. Traction is good and was one of the factors due to some regular out of town trips. The cost was a little more than I wanted to spend but with the mileage I was going to be traveling I needed some higher end tires that would last a long time. Overall I'm happy with the tires!

Back about a year and a half ago I purchased these tires knowing that the wife was going to be the main driver with this truck! With my medical condition I can't really drive, so I needed a real true and dependable tire That would last and handle the road in just about any condition. We dont drive off road ar play anything like that! These tires give a real comfortable ride ( Even though this is a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500.) We have been in some majior rain storms here in Florida and these tirese Handeled the road with no problem with the wife behind the wheel!! There are a lot of crazy drivers here and there has been many of times where the wife has needed to really use the brakes and weather it was dry or pouring rain These tires held true to the road and sure didn't end up in the other lane As we have done in the past with other majior name brands. I must say thank you for these tires becaus I didn't have to worrie when the wife is out alone and needs to react fast for the condition!! I drive about 1300 miles a month around the city. My previous tires were horrible in any type of precipitation and had left me stranded in the snow. I did a lot of research on tires and the tires I ended up with were rated very high in satisfaction for performance in rain and snow. So far I have only been in three snow storms, but plenty of rain and I have never felt safer. They stick to the road, there is no slipping and they push through the snow as if there wasn't any on the road. I can easily say they are worth every penny, especially if you plan on keeping your vehicle for many years!!

I needed some new tires for my 4Runner. I've owned Michelins on my honda civic so decided to get them on my suv. They were a little on the high end but I knew I was getting great quality. Tires are one of the things that you get what you pay for. So I got the 265 70 16R for my truck. And immediately, they were the best tires I have ever owned. Super quiet ride, even on a 2001 4Runner. These tires cut through the rain like a hot knife through butter. Ultimate traction and I have no concerns when I have my baby girl in the car with me and the weather conditions are not good. I would definitely recommend these tires to everyone. They are worth every penny!!
