Best Tire on the market.

I have these tires on my 2004 Suburban and 1995 Explorer and they are the best tires ever. Quiet on the highway, excellent in snow, rain, mud, my explorers tires have around 50,000 miles and as long as you rotate them they look brand new, excellent I love them, my Suburbans only have about 3,000 miles on them and are filled with Nytrogen and its unbelievable the difference it makes. If you can have your filled this way the ride is awesome, handling and maneuvering this big vehicle is super easy with these tires.

I purchased Michelin's ...

I purchased Michelin's for my luxury car so when it came to buying them for my SUV it was a natural choice. I get great mileage with these tires and super traction as I anticpated. Even on the rain, snow, and ice covered roads in the Midwest. I drive with confidence in my tires. I recommend Michelin's to everyone I can. My experience after sliding off the pavement into rim deep mud and then pulling out without spinning one moment convences most people about the great traction the tires have. Beware of blow-outs in Arizona

I have learned that in Arizona, these tires, regardless of miles on them, don't last over four years if you park your truck outside. The first one blew at 54K miles, the second blew at 30K miles (actually the tread came off, the tile never lost air). Both times the tire took out the bedside of my truck causing over $3K in damage. The last tire, blew out with 11/32 tread still on it, fortunately I got the truck stopped before it blew and no damage was done to my truck. My maintainance and proper rotation was perfect.

NOTHING BEATS A MICHELIN!!!

Great riding and handling tire on my suv. Tires ride smooth and are great in all weather conditions. It is just hard to beat a Michelin when it comes to ride, function and quality. I would definitely buy again and do recommend others to give Michelin a try. You will not be disappointed.

Best Tire Ever

I am a 35 year, Master Tech who has been teaching Automotive Technology for the past 15 years. I have seen every brand of tire out there on multiple vehicles. Some good and some bad. Since the mid 1980's, I have personally used only Michelin Tires on my personal vehicles. They have given me amazing mileage and dependability. When I did have a couple of warranty issues, Michelin took care of it without hesitation or hassle. I would recommend to ANYONE, to buy Michelin Tires. You will be amazed at the quality and as long as you keep your tires rotated and vehicles aligned, I do not believe you will find a better wearing tire by anyone.

Excellent Tire

I am a 40 year old ASE master certified mechanic. I am certified in automotive, truck, and heavy truck. When someone ask me what type of tire I tell them Michelin is a pricey tire but it is also in my opinion the best tire on the market. I had the Michelin LTX/MS on my Dodge Ram Charger and now I have the Michelin LTX/MS2 on my F-250. Both of these tires are the best tire I have ever driven on with a truck. I get at least 70,000 miles out of the tires and the road noise and comfort level when driving is excellent. But the one thing I do do is I rotate my tires evry 3,000 miles instead of every 6,000 miles. I just find they wear much better this way especially since I tow a lot.

I have never owned a set ...

I have never owned a set of Michelin tires until now. They are on a long-bed, super cab F-150. The ride is excellent. Traction and cornering has greatly improved. Even the fuel mileage for my 5.6L engine has improved! I cannot speak to the traction on snow or ice yet, but it won't be long. The tires were expensive, but definitely worth the extra bucks.

Cheaper in the long run

Michelin tires are the best! I have the MS2 on my one ton dually truck. My husband got on an "economy kick" and bought another brand tire. They were wore out within 10000 miles!! He learned his lesson. Michelins always give great wear longevity and hold up to any load I can put on my truck. Of course I wish the cost was less. But in the long run they really are the best buy! I have total confidence in Michelin tires.

Great Tires!

I had the tires installed on my 2004 Silverado just before a trip. I pull a 23' travel trailer and the tires performed flawlessly. Great traction, comfort and virtually NO road noise. Had a opportunity to drive on the beach and the traction was fantastic. I do have 4 wheel drive which helped!! I look forward to many smiling miles on the tires.

Dissappointed with sidewall impact area

Had an episode this past Friday, June 22, 2012 driving 20 miles per hour and 5 miles an hour thru a neighborhood and over a sidewalk at 5 miles per hour and I believe the sidewalk ripped and tore a 3 inch gash into the inside of the left rear tire. The Michellin tire I was lead to believe has the strongest sidewall impact re-inforced construction. If it does then why did this tear so easily on the inner tire. Very shocked and surrised. Hopefully they honor an immediate full warranty since the tires are only a year old. Also, having a lot of dry rot with these tires MS2 LTX MS@ 265 7017 DOT 3409
