I have bought hundreds of tires in 40 plus years, for my fleet of trucks. I've never seen a tire as good as the Michelin LTX M/S2, Run true. Balance great, Lasting Over 100,000 Miles. Over 1 Million Miles of combined use, Not One single flat. Great job of holding consistent air pressure. In Snow it's like having Four Wheel Drive. We Haul Heavy Loads that are worth $250,000, they have to be delivered On Time, In Time, Every Time. My drivers are Amazed on how Great of a job these tires do. If I could find a better tire, I would buy it, But I haven't. If you are looking for Safety and Security, Buy Michelin LTX M/S2 they are Best In Value.

My previous tires on my truck were Michelin and I got great tire wear and mileage. I'm keeping this truck as long as possible so when it was time to change tires it was a no brainer. I again chose Michelin LTX M/S2 for safety and durability. I expect to get in excess of the stated mileage of the tire the same as I got with my first set. I will continue to purchase Michelin tires for my wife's auto for the safety and great ride.

Tires were good for the first 20k. Since then the rubber has hardened significantly and they have become quite slippery and noisy. The truck spins from a stop on the slightest of dampness and is much worse when there is a full on rain. They have been regularly rotated, balanced and alignment checked but there is quite a drive train vibration under braking. The driveshaft, brakes, and rotors are in top condition leaving the tires under question. The rubber has become so hardened that it causes my truck to no longer be smooth under braking. They currently have 46,670 miles and need to be replaced.

I bought these tires as the dealer told me I should easily get 70,000. After faithfully rotating my tires, after 40,000 miles I took in to have them rotated and the dealer told me not to even bother, as the tread was too worn. I thought Michelin were to be among the BEST, but now know otherwise. I was allowed a little difference(not much, compared to the price I paid) or allowance to buy another pair, but why should I? Very disappointed in MICHELIN...

We pull a 5th wheel with our truck, so a quality tire is a must. I had purchased the LTX AT2 tire 4 years ago, but went with the LTX M/S2 when I bought this set in May. I am more than please with the ride, and how quiet Michelin tires ride. Keep manufacturing quality tires, I run Michelin tires on all my vehicles.

I am a big michelin fan..or used to be. I just bought another set of these. They were not cheap but I did not want cheap tires. I have been that route. Within a few months my tires became so bad that the dealer had to replace two of them as they would no longer balance. Now the other ones are doing it. I do not know what it happening at Michelin but I am writing this only to tell you how a customer is lost.

I have never in my 40 years of driving been so happy with a tire purchase! I'll be on a familiar highway and realize that my ride is smoother, and they haven't repaved the road. I drove in snow and on ice and got amazing traction. I never thought I would actually be thrilled with a set of tires. I think if my truck got stolen, I'd actually miss my tires the most! I paid a little more for this tire over the next one down, but I am truly glad I did. When you plan to have a tire for as many years as this one, it's worth it to get something this good.

Bought my second set of Michelin LTX M/S2 tires for our 4WD Chevy Suburban last August. They have performed superbly thus far, and the previous set provided long life and safe performance. I plan to buy a set of Michelins for my son's Nissan truck in the spring of 2014.

I've been using Michelin Tires since 1972, and I have a set of LTX M/S2 on my Bronco, and now I'm getting ready to buy a set for my Explorer. I'm 100% sure that Michelin won't let me down on this set either. Michelin Tires are the BEST! Try them, you'll be glad you did.

The LTX M/S2 is the only choice for a durable, dependable and quiet on road light truck tire. I've had sets on half ton suburbans and three quarter ton pickups, and while they don't offer the offroad traction of an all terrain tire, they last much longer and are a lot more sure footed on wet and snowy roads. These tires are worth every penny!
