Thanks for your review and we’re sorry about the tread wear you’ve seen. Tread life can vary due to tire alignment, pressure, rotation and driving conditions. We recommend visiting an authorized dealer for a thorough tire inspection. For further discussion, feel free to give our Consumer Care team a call. Our number is 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

We're sorry to hear your tire lost air after driving on gravel and tarmac. A sudden loss of air pressure can occur if the tire or wheel has been damaged by a road hazard. We recommend having the tire inspected by an authorized tire retailer as soon as possible to determine the cause. Once the inspection is complete, please contact our Consumer Care team at 866-866-6605 (Mon-Fri 8 AM-7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM-1 PM EST) and we'd be happy to review the findings with you.
