I ordered 500 cups, and they delivered 50. It didn't even come from the requested supplier but someone else. Checking my credit card for a charge which hasn't come through, but very disappointed.

The lids are not needed for us. They would just get thrown away. We've used these cups for a very long time and we prefer them to any Styrofoam white cups that are out there.

I have been happily using these cups for a decade but my last order of 20 oz. cups don't fit the lids I have. They changed the cup size. I now have 200 cups and 350 lids that don't match each other! They are useless!

I buy this brand from Sam's Club every month for our business. This last bag was horrible. Every 20 oz cup has leaked from the bottom part around the sides. Very disappointed in this last batch of 20 oz cups.

These cups are great for hot beverages! They insulate well to keep your beverage hot, and the soft grip makes them comfortable and not too hot to hold.

Last batch of cups were pitiful. The seam was weak on all the cups. They got soft and wet during one cup of coffee. Don't know if it was manufacturing problem? or they just cut back on the quality of the paper.

This product listing is false. It indicates one would purchase a case of 500 cups. When ordered and received only one sleeve of 25 cups arrived. Walmart should correct this item description

Dont waste your time with these. After 10 minutes hot coffee starts coming through the bottom seal. After 30 minutes or more coffee start leaking out. Go with the 16oz foam cups.

We bought these for the past few years without issue. A few months ago they must have changed the way they were made because they started leaking horribly. Because of that we have switched brands.

So Walmart’s advertisement is wrong, you only get 25 cups with this order, NOT 500 cups. At least Office Depot refunded me, but this was false advertisement
