[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a 55 inch on Black Friday. Of course the price was excellent, and set-up was easy and self explanatory. All the remote controls were easy to operate and the "smart" applications that are loaded are the ones that we use most often. We use an antenna for local TV that presents an excellent HD picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Vizio TVs. We have a 50 inch in one room and decided to replace our 55 inch in another room with a Vizio 55 inch. We are very happy with both. I spent some time on the phone with Vizio trying to figure out a problem with one of the apps. Turned out that it is not a Vizio problem but a Spectrum app problem. Tech was very helpful and located in the US!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect replacement for the wall-hung Primary bedroom TV that died. Very user-friendly, and the remote control also operates the Fire Stick that was transferred from the old TV! Picture and sound are exceptional as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this television and we are thrilled with the ease of unpacking and setup. And, the quality of the picture. The remote control is simple, yet has all the functions that are needed. We will definitely buy this product again!

I've owned probably 20 TV's in my life and this is by far the worst TV I've ever had. Constantly freezes to the point you have to unplug to reset. Apps constantly stop working. and you have to reload them. No Ethernet port so you have to rely on its slow processor for streaming. After several months of frustration, I just threw it in the trash. I will never buy another Vizio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good so far. We've only had the TV for a week. Set up was easy, picture is amazing! Still getting use to the sound. Its a little iffy - we turn the volume up higher than normal to hear regular shows, but then the music, commercials and home screen are blaring. Im sure we will find the right setting soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio tvs are awesome. clarity, sound (without a sound bar), complete control over fine tuning. I just have 2 suggestions; 1) make the tvs with variable channels for remotes. So those of us who have more than one tv next to each other don't have problems with the remotes. 2) bring back the composite and RCA connectors.

Purchased this TV on November 28th, it's been glitchy, the sound and picture don't match up,the sound goes off and the screen goes black. Returning it this week. Glad we kept our old tv, it's far better than this one. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
