Excellent Smart TV

I love the my new Vizio smart TV. I had a Samsung previously, and this is much easier to use. I like that I can enhance the conversation and make it more clear. The apps are easy to use. 55" is just right for a mid sized living room. I was also looking for something that *wasn't* hyper-realistic. It's a traditional LED. I don't like some of the newer TVs that look like they are in your living room or filmed on a phone. I like to watch movies and series and want more of a softer look. This TV is perfect for that! I also got a matching sound bar that is amazing!

I am hearing impaired and my wife is not. We purchased this TV with the intent for me to have the ability to connect my wireless heahphones via Bluetooth allowing me to turn the volume up in the headphones, so my wife could listen to a normal volume through the built in speaker. Well that doesn't work! If you connect the headphones to the TV it shuts off the speaker output so no one can listen except for the person using the bluetooth connection. Very disappointed.

Bad software

Terrible software. It’s just clunky and slow. It takes so much more effort to use than the Roku TV that we had previously. I had a Vizio maybe 10 years ago that was great, so I’m really disappointed. App doesn’t work for me at all, either.

The worst smart TV ever

I bought this TV thinking I'd buy something simple and resourceful. My mistake. The installation was a nightmare, there was no instructions where to attach the support to mount in the wall, I has to find in the internet something very generic about the VIZIO TV's. As is is only available in a pdf in the internet, it could be more specific showing more detailed pictures and instructions for each TV model or family at least. After was the turn on step, other bureaucratic nightmare, you need download an app in your cell phone (And if I don't want do that? Am I obligated to have a compatible smart phone? It is a shame), then you have to sign up an account in VIZIO app and make several configurations without any support or information how to do it, just to be able to watch you TV. Do you think the nightmare is over? It is just starting. The TV resets by itself, Netflix crashes time to time, you cannot find app of several streaming providers. I am returning this crap and one star for review is too much, it should be ZERO STAR.

If I could give this tv lower than a one star I would. The picture is grainy. Especially with dark colors or night scenes. It’s the worst. Seriously, don’t buy this.
