The TV was easy to set up. But the quality of the picture was not good. I worked with VIZIO customer service for two hours and it finally got better. Then later the satillite gave a notification that the picture was subpar and it reset and it got a little better. I would say at that point the picture was good if you were right in front of the TV. But if you were looking at any angle other than straight on the picture was very very faded and well.... just awful! I finally just boxed it back up and took it back. The return process with SAMs was very easy and professional.

Great color takes time to learn how their programming works remote buttons on side really small for senior users.

My old television died and I needed a new one ASAP. Bought this because I could afford it now. Picture is not as good as hoped. I did get what I paid for, but will look for a better one soon.

This TV has the best sound quality of any flat screen that I have owned. I actually did away with the sound bar (without subwoofer). Picture quality is excellent. I really like it. Only thing I don’t care for is the volume buttons on the side of the remote.

I am hearing impaired and my wife is not. We purchased this TV with the intent for me to have the ability to connect my wireless heahphones via Bluetooth allowing me to turn the volume up in the headphones, so my wife could listen to a normal volume through the built in speaker. Well that doesn't work! If you connect the headphones to the TV it shuts off the speaker output so no one can listen except for the person using the bluetooth connection. Very disappointed.

Poor quality and screen brightness. Has a hard time connecting to WiFi.

Takes some time to warm up and start, but otherwise good quality of picture etc.
