This 50” was meant to replace a 43” Vizio in our bedroom. Performance is the same, but in a bid to save pennies, even the volume control and mute button were stripped from the remote and the audio outputs removed from the back of the set. I never would have bought this if I had known.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last week, the picture quality is great, However the volume isn’t great I had it at a level of 52 just to hear it, I feel it should be at a lower number. Maybe it just needs a sound bar to help to hear better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this has been a great experience with our new Vizio. The set up was super easy and I love that I also have a remote on my phone so if I forget to turn off the TV I can do it right from my cell phone.

While the display and setup are relatively easy, Vizio TVs have a consistent issue across models causing them to disconnect from WiFi and be unable to find any networks without running a hard reset. This happens to us at least once a week, leading to purchasing an actually working Apple TV system so that we can actually use smart features, bypassing Visio’s entire system. It is a shame that this has been an issue for years and never been fixed, and since many models do not have Ethernet ports, WiFi can’t even be bypassed through a wired connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace a JVC that went out after a couple years. I’m not sure what happened to the old tv may maybe a power surge from thunderstorms. But so far I like the new one much better.

Bought this because I wanted something bigger to game on. Great price for the size. Lost a star for the fact that for this size they probably should have better stand in it. I walked by the tv and it was wobbling (chunky person house). For bigger tvs they need more stability than two sticks on the bottom. We have earthquakes here so I’m afraid it will tip over. Had to buy a stand mount

Tv is great. But why do I need a “Vizio” account in order to use it? This seems over reaching. You have to create an account to even use the TV….i don’t care what they tell you the excuse is. Next you’ll need to pay a monthly fee just to have a Vizio TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio TVs is all I buy anymore. I’ve replaced all my existing TVs from other manufacturers. I love the simplistic ease of use, home screen that’s the same on every TV no matter where I travel. And it’s super easy to login into my existing streaming apps.

Don’t buy this tv the picture is cloudy, it kept dropping my WiFi signal, the picture would just randomly disappear and only have sound until I turned it off and back on. Just not happy with this product at all. And I have two other vizio TVs that I’ve had for years and they work just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is crisp and clear with smoother motion than my 14 year old Vizio that had double the refresh rate. I don’t know how that’s possible but why I was hesitant to buy new one for so long even with old one still working. The only complaint is there is no TCM app so I’m literally forced to keep my Apple TV box for it.
