Remote is substandard

My only issue with this TV is the remote. There aren’t any numbers on it which makes switching channels a bit cumbersome. Even when using voice activation it doesn’t go to the channel directly, but a keypad comes up on the screen and you need to use the remote to get to the channel you want.

Setting up my streaming services was a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not being very tech-oriented, I was worried about the trouble of setting up this TV with my cable service and streaming services. But, lo and behold, when turning on my TV, Vizio talked me through everything. I really couldn't have been easier.

I love this TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last TV was a fire TV it only lasted 3 years I'm kind of glad cuz I hated it! Then I bought a TLC TV but I returned it and then I bought the Vizio. I am extremely happy I did! It's easy to use, has a nice picture and has everything I need for a very reasonable price. I had to return it

On the first day it randomly rebooted mid-show twice. I should have Googled before I purchased - apparently this is a known issue. I had it 2 more days and it rebooted at least once each of those days - I sent it back and got a Samsung and it's working fine.

Works as a TV, not as a smart device.

While the display and setup are relatively easy, Vizio TVs have a consistent issue across models causing them to disconnect from WiFi and be unable to find any networks without running a hard reset. This happens to us at least once a week, leading to purchasing an actually working Apple TV system so that we can actually use smart features, bypassing Visio’s entire system. It is a shame that this has been an issue for years and never been fixed, and since many models do not have Ethernet ports, WiFi can’t even be bypassed through a wired connection.

It's okay

Set up wouldn't release control of the TV to me until a Vizio account was made. Creating that account was a royal PIA, with generic error messages that told me to "try again later" instead of informing me why it wouldn't go through. Dislike that I need Wifi; I'd rather plug the TV directly into the router using an Ethernet cable. I'm waiting until my patience is reset before I attempt to hook it up with my Alexa device for a fourth try. Wish me luck!

Nice TV at a decent price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed another TV for my workout area, so didn’t want to spend a lot. I had bought a Vizio before for my son’s 21st birthday, and he’s now 33 yrs old and still has it. So that testifies to the quality for me. This TV is very nice! Nice color, easy set up, and I was just able to continue with my connected devices like my Roku and my DVD player without miss8ng a beat. 😊

Disappointment of a TV

Purchased the TV based on the price. But it seems the saying of "you get what you paid for" rings true with this TV. Have had the TV for about a week now. And have already had issues with the TV not wanting to power on, freezing and restarting, and being overall unresponsive. Will give the TV another week and will most likely return.

Great TV

it’s a nice set except for the sound choices

I do not understand why the TV manufacturing companies today choose to turn the TV speaker off when a pair of headphones are paired with the TV that That does not make any sense. I am hard of hearing and have to use a pair of headphones to hear the TV or turn the volume up on the TV to where it is blasting and my wife and friends don’t like it. Please update your software so I can use my TV with headphones. I would really appreciate that and I’m sure there are a lot more people out there that would too.
