I purchased this tv a week ago and I am not pleased with the picture quality. Dark or black colors appear blotchy. I have tried several adjustments to correct but have not been able to fix. The picture quality is very good otherwise which is confusing. I will be looking to exchange possibly for another brand.

Then I bought a TLC TV but I returned it and then I bought the Vizio. I am extremely happy I did! It's easy to use, has a nice picture and has everything I need for a very reasonable price. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 2 vizio sound bars for years and they have been great. Never had a vizio TV. Purchased 2 TV a few weeks ago. Im use the samsung TVs but couldn't beat the value of the vizios. I was quite surprised with the set up and fast updates. So far I like the interface better than my samsung tvs. These visio's run sooth, no lags and the interface is nice. Impressed to say the least.

Picture quality is great and smart features are a huge plus!! This has DVR and access to all of the streaming apps you could want - and more! Honestly a great buy, especially for the price.

It’s missing audio outputs that most other TVs would have, and the speakers are terrible, so make sure you have a Bluetooth soundbar. The software is horrible though. I’ve had the tv for less than 2 weeks and have received probably 200 emails (seems like every time I use the app it thinks I am brand new and sends an email). It says you can customize the Home Screen but it hasn’t worked for me yet. Overall, buy the tv but plan on using other software (fire stick or something like that).

I was gifted this TV from a dear friend and I am in love with it. I am mobility and balance disabled due to a neuropathy and am blind in one eye. My other TV was small and I was missing so much. The density and clarity of this TV is amazing. The setup was easy to do by following the on screen instructions.

This 50” was meant to replace a 43” Vizio in our bedroom. Performance is the same, but in a bid to save pennies, even the volume control and mute button were stripped from the remote and the audio outputs removed from the back of the set. I never would have bought this if I had known.
