Great tv to replace my 14 year old Vizio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is crisp and clear with smoother motion than my 14 year old Vizio that had double the refresh rate. I don’t know how that’s possible but why I was hesitant to buy new one for so long even with old one still working. The only complaint is there is no TCM app so I’m literally forced to keep my Apple TV box for it.

Great Price for Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a week ago. Picture quality is excellent. I was able to effortlessly pair my Bluetooth earbuds to it and can watch TV with out disturbing anyone. Highly recommended as a budget friendly option.

Even better than my first one from 6 years ago

And yes the first one still looks and works as if I had just bought it. Now my mother has it in her room and loves it as much as I did

Great TV with features and 4K

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement of a previous Vizio model that didn’t have 4K and was smaller screen size. This tv has a great minimal frame, and only the minimum of input options. WiFi works well and the picture quality and sound are perfect.

Love my new television

Excellent picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother is 90 years old and replacing her TV was important to her. We purchased a 55” because of her vision. We are so very pleased with the picture. The color is outstanding. We are still learning the many apps. She spent the first day watching a Nature channel. This TV has brought us joy.

difficult setup

if you have cable tv with no cable box good luck. setup was difficult to say the least. the directions are terrible. i ended up using google for help. oh by the way there are no directions in the box. scan a qr code. that was very helpful for my almost 70 year old father.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I think the color could be better and my husband is hard of hearing. The sound vibrates when the volume is turned up.I wish this wasn’t the case. I don’t know if it’s just this tv or if the speakers is like this on all of them. The access to programs and apps is great.

Has brightness hotspots new out of box

Has brightness hotspots new out of box. I had to get rid of my last Vizio TV after 5 years because the the unnerving back lighting made it unwatchable. The new one I just purchased un even bright spots too straight out of box, not as bad as the one I got rid of after 5 years but still, hotspots new in box is not a good look. Also you know have to sign up for ANOTHER subscription and agree to the new data mining TOS just to use any of the smart features for the TV. WHY DO YOU NEED MY EMAIL AND I HAVE TO SIGN 3 TOS AGREEMETS TO USE THE UI FOR THE TV I ALRADY PAID FOR?!? IT SHOULD BE, 1) "Turn TV ON" 2) "Connect to Network" AND THAT IS IT! Vizio TVs had that before and it worked just fine!

Why do I need an account?

Tv is great. But why do I need a “Vizio” account in order to use it? This seems over reaching. You have to create an account to even use the TV….i don’t care what they tell you the excuse is. Next you’ll need to pay a monthly fee just to have a Vizio TV.
