[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always purchase Vizio and have since the early 2000s. They last for a very long time and the picture quality has always been perfect.

The TV is great, but the legs keep snapping under the weight of the television. If mounted, you’ll be fine, but I’m on my 3rd set of legs. It’s just really a very poor structural design.

What I hate is the ad that I can’t dismiss no matter what button I press on the remote. I have to turn the television off and then on again to clear the ad. Will not buy another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, I haven’t heard the best thing about Vizio. Always heard that they go out, the pictures not the best, and etc…. So fast-forward, Im at my local Sam’s looking for a nice size TV for a really great price. So I see different brands pretty decent prices, but it’s not the size I want. Then I get to the end of the aisle and they have a 55 inch Vizio TV for only 227. It’s the size I want, plus the price I want but I’m a little hesitant due to previous ratings and my family own personal experience. Nevertheless I decided to purchase the TV and I am so glad I did!!!!!! The picture is great, the sound is wonderful and this is the TV that I have been needing for my room!!! The set up was easy and so far so good!!!

Have 2 Vizio TV’s purchased in 2023 and 2024. Both had updates (I did NOT ask for updates) and now neither TV works!!! Vizio blames my internet provider (what in the world does the internet provider have to do with an automatic update)??? I would NEVER buy Vizio!!!!!!!!!

The product itself is a fine TV. In 42 years of life, I’ve never been more frustrated during an initial “setup” of an electronic product. I work in technology and have a strong background in technology and electronics. The required updates upon setting up this television were laborious and extremely time consuming on a strong internet connection. Over and over again it stated it needed to update. One would complete, then another would start. Hours later, I eventually simply disconnected WiFi to be able to use the product. A TV should not be this complicated to install. I’m never one to write reviews, but this setup process was so extremely infuriating and alarming that I feel the need to share. I realize there are always unhappy consumers, but in a general online search, my experience does not appear to be isolated. I will use the product until the end of its life, and not purchase another. I purchase TVs as a part of my job, and VIZIO will not be considered moving forward, nor would I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect replacement for the wall-hung Primary bedroom TV that died. Very user-friendly, and the remote control also operates the Fire Stick that was transferred from the old TV! Picture and sound are exceptional as well.
