This is a great party tent! The assembly instructions have some errors, but it is easily figured out for the proper assembly. The only thing I would like to see different on this is where you join the posts together, to have some type of push button lock; when assembling, sometimes the joined posts would separate, which definitely made this a two-three person job for assembly. (With the locks, I believe one person could assemble it) Overall its very durable, solid posts, and thick cover and sidewalls.

Awesome canopy, the frame is a lot stronger than I thought it would be. I bought this as an emergency horse barn about 3 years ago & it has definitely exceeded my expectations. The fabric is also tougher than expected. I plan on covering the frame with metal roofing eventually, & it is well built & strong enough to hold it.

Over all good purchase. I had some issues with some of the riveting on the top but Sams Club made it right and sent another kit out for parts. Some of the tent posts were bent and the welds were spotty. No real way to secure or bolt it together so i used 3/4 #14 self tapping hex heads to secure it all together and strapped it down to the yard using tiedowns ractchet straps and yard screws.

TLDR - the design has changed and no longer matches some of the product pictures. Purchased one of these tents mid-2025. Loved it, it's study, and the canopy is secure with bungee all the way around. Freak storm bent some poles this spring so I bought another one, thinking hey, spare parts. The new canopy is not the same. No bungee ties up the rafters so the canopy is much less secure and floppy in a slight breeze. Tiny 6" stakes and thin rope provided to secure it instead, that's useless on a 20x20 party tent. The canopy in the new tent came with mildew spots, and the metal hardware on it was heavily rusted. Can't return/exchange just part of the tent (the new frame is up using the old canopy because you know, we need a tent) so guess I'm stuck.

It was missing 3 poles!!! And the way it was packeted made holes on the roof part!

Bought two of these tents. One was awesome! We loved it and it was beautiful. Bought the second tent for our son’s graduation party and didn’t set it up until day of party (my fault I know!) but came with missing pieces and different instructions with different pole letters. So not all tents are made equally. The top of tent couldn’t connect to leg poles because of the wrong leg pole. Make sure you open it up and check before your party like me

I did get the tent in a timely fashion but the sidewalk kit was not with it and I had to do an event with the 10 which I had to do without the sidewall kits because when I called to have them send me the missing pieces they refused and told me I had to return the tent and then repurchase it so I lost a lot of money cuz I already paid for setup and the truck that I rented for the event. The tent itself is very good product and I would buy another one it is Sam's club that refused to send the missing parts.

The tent arrived in three boxes, two of which were torn and re-taped. Opened to discover there a no assembly instructions and missing parts. I called the company that ships the tent with no response, I called Sam’s Club customer service, and although was received by a very pleasant representative, there was nothing they could do to find assembly instructions and stated they would escalate and I would have a response within 48 hours which never happened. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I needed the tent for a graduation party and now I’m left with an incomplete tent and no resolution. Based on other reviews, I had expected a reasonable product I guess its the luck of the draw with this product and the company that ships it.

The corner fittings was all missing didnt open package day of the event so ruined whole day without tent people were sitting in hot sun very frustrating hope won't happen to anyone else.
