I've done a few jobs with and so far it is great. It does vibrate a great deal on hard surfaces and will dance around because of it. I found the best way to alleviate that is to buy the 50 or 100 foot pressure hose (free upselling for Simpson, I know) to replace the 25 footer that comes with it. It greatly reduces the need to move the unit around while you work and you can park it in nearby grass where the vibration is mitigated and machine movement is eliminated. I highly recommend this machine.

I bought the MS60763-S model about two months ago and this is the first pressure washer I've bought that seems great overall. From the ease of use to the overall feel and comfort, I'm truly satisfied with this product. Definitely sticking with Simpson products from now on for all of my Pressure washing business needs.

This is easy to assemble and starts fairly easy. The pressure is very strong. It usually stats within the first few pulls. For whatever reason, if I top the gas tank off with gas after not being able to start it, it starts on the first pull after filling the gas tank (as opposed to starting it on half of a tank). I have to bend down very far to move it, so I would prefer to have a vertical handle to correct this. Also, there is no tank for the washer fluid, so you have to put the hose directly into the soap container. This is just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. It's a great buy and the machine runs terrific.

First use, so far so good. Assembly and start up was easy. Hose seem very thin and flimsy for the amount of power. Unit vibrates alot and makes the unit spin around in circles leaving black marks on clean floor. Very annoying because both hoses gets wrapped around the pressure washer. ANY SUGGESTION TO DEAL WITH THE SPINNING.

Just checking back to say that Simpson made good on my issue quite rapidly, and will recommend their products to my customers since I am in equipment sales.

I bought this last week and it was delivered to the store on Monday. Light weight and easy to move about, except the handle needs to be longer so it doesn't hit your heels when pulling it.

this unit has incredible power and the customer service went over and above for me highly recommended

Used for half a day and the new house sprung a leak. And needs to be replaced.

lasted about three tank fulls,now just sputters and dies.
