Smaller than I thought it would be. Very easy to start, good pressure.

Ordered this machine, and it arrived very fast. The only issue was that when I opened the box there was NO MANUAL, NO NOZZLES, AND NO SPRAY GUN. Because I needed to use the machine right away I went to a local big box store and picked up a cheap set of DeWalt nozzles, and an 18' telescoping spray gun to use on my house, which I was going to do anyway. With that being the case I would still like to get the regular spray gun, and the quality set of nozzles that should have been in the box, but were not there. I put oil in the engine, and fueled it. It started on the second pull. Once the machine was up and running I was thoroughly and completely impressed with the performance of the machine. My 30 year old home looks like it was built yesterday. I'm hoping Simpson will send me the shorted parts, which is a major disappointment in an otherwise satisfactory experience..

Hose developed a bubble in first month of use and replacement hose did the same. Original hose then had catastrophic failure. Wand failed as well, as did replacement wand. Simpson did replace hose and wands under warranty but both ultimately failed and could no longer be used. Had to buy a different hose and wand. Pump and engine suffered catastrophic failures in just over two years. The only original part remaining is the frame as the engine and pump had to be replaced. Will not buy again.

Still waiting for trigger gun replacement, 3 weeks now. Will return it for my money back. Thought it was a good deal, and it doesn't work.

Bought it a month ago used it for 1 hour and had to send it to the repair shop and still do not have the machine back

Good value

Just got my washer and assembled it. All was well through verifying water out of nozzle and start engine; THEN pull handle and NOTHING. Verified nothing was stopped up, and that with engine off water was coming out of the nozzle. As soon as pressure was put on it after engine start...NOTHING! Called Simpson, and they are sending me a new handle. VERY frustrating!!!

It works reasonably well. Easy to start and operate. Disappointed that the high pressure hose failed on fourth use (doing a small sidewalk from driveway to front door). Big water ballon right at connector to the pump! The pressure washer does "walk" a bit, especially on a wood deck (and the two black rubber feet left black marks on the deck and on an outdoor carpet that the pressure washer could not clean off, so take care).

I recently purchased this so I could wash my house prior to painting. Stucco traps a lot of dust and dirt! The unit comes mostly assembled and what needs assembly took less than 30 minutes to attach. Great washing pressure from such a small, compact unit! Having use a washer in the past I was expecting the pressure to have some kick. This has minimal kick and is very easy to use with one hand. The Kohler engine is easy to start in one or two pulls and once it warms up there is no need to set the choke. With any new tool there was a little learning curve. I couldn't understand why it wasn't siphoning soap from the container......until I inserted the soap tip! Spreads the soapy solution very nicely too. All the tips connect in a similar fashion as air tools to an air hose, which is very easy. Overall I will be getting a lot of use out of this wonderful little pressure washer!
