I bought this to replace a Craftsman power washer I had totally a better product, the only issue I saw was the nozzles don't seem to be clean and the nozzle stream was broken up, like I may have plastic in the metal portion of it don't k n o w

I used this 3100 PSI washer for about 8 hours. It used about 2 gallons of gasoline and performed excellent. You get what you paid for. I have a different brand (with a Honda engine) 3000PSI that didn't perform as well.

I am very please to purchase this pressure washing. It worth every pennies I spend on it. Work really well. If you looking for pressure washer. This is the one. Easy to use. Love it.

I'm very happy so far with this pressure washer. It is powerful and easy to use and provides excellent performance for the money. It was highly rated in a leading Consumer magazine, and I agree.

I'm a first-time user so getting used to a new machine took some time. But once I did it is very good machine and I clean my whole house with it. Great power and easy to use after you figure it out.

I bought this machine back in April 2016.It took quite a while to get it. More than 2 weeks. When on arrival it was packed a little loose inside the box. But nothing was damaged. Easy to set up and start for the first time. Used it on everything at my house worked flawlessly.3000psi is plenty of pressure. The only thing that I didn't care for was that it will walk(vibrate) around in circle on concrete. Other than that a great machine well worth the money. Thanks Sam's Club.

Nice power washer but it sure is an odd design. The carry handle is short and squatty at only 20 inches tall and long 32 inches. It takes up huge space and is ergonomically bizarre. You would figure that the handle could fold out of the way or that it was taller so you can relocate it easily but it isn't. Same with the 3300 model. Great at power washing but Simpson could spend a few minutes redesigning their handles for space and use.

My tractor has a Kohler motor and I LOVE it. The Kohler motor is want swayed me to choose this pressure washer. I have not yet used it, so I hope that it runs well enough to balance out the numerous minor issues in manufacturing and shipping. I had to order two because the first arrived missing MANY parts (handle, spray wand end, nozzles, hose, and owner's manual). Had to FedEx it back (with a provided shipping label). Replacement arrived today - with a number of issues. Only a few missing parts this time: 2 Flat washers and 1 hitch pin for attaching the wheels (I purchased at a local hardware store rather than call the company). It was also shipped WITH oil even though there were several stickers and tags proclaiming otherwise. It was all over the inside of the box and the air filter was soaked. It dripped on my basement rug (where I was unboxing it) and got it all over the office clothes I was wearing at the time. Whoever drained the oil after testing the machine did an incomplete job. When I attached the wheels, I had to file off a welding bump/burr that was preventing the axle/washer/pin assemble from fitting correctly. The shape of the frame and the handle do not quite align (1-2 mm off). It took great force to get the tubes to slide together and required squeezing and prying the pipes sideways while another person pounded downward with a rubber mallet. I hope that when I run it later this week, all of these simple quality control issues will be humorous anecdotes because the product will work wonderfully well. The frame is solidly built and the components look to be sturdy. On the other hand, there could be additional quality issues in the internal systems that you cannot see and the pump will stop working in a month. I'm currently optimistic about this, because the pressure washer was not cheap. I've always praised the top-notch quality of the items I've bought in every Sam's Club store and have nearly always enjoyed every customer service interaction. This is my first ever Sam's Online order that was shipped to my home, and so far I'm not impressed. I don't know if these types of issues always occur on products shipped to the stores, only the club employees deal with them before the customer ever sees them, or if this is something to worry about with 'online only' items. As an added caveat, when I attempted to call the manufacturer during the first order, the phone menu system shorted out as soon as you selected you 'were from America'. I could not reach a live person.

I will strat with this. I am a small ranch and home owver, I work all day everyday. I know how to work, fix borken things, and design a lot of my own implements. I say this to help some folks like me out there that there is validity to my review, I am no yuppie. First of all the motor was good, perfect for the 30 minutes I ran it. The spray nozzle in the picture is not the one that came with it. The one I received was an adjustable flow, which should have been better. The spray gun worked fine on first trigger pull, sprayed fine, no big deal. Once you let off of the trigger the pressure builds up in the handle and the flimsy trigger is not strong enough to press the relief valve in the handle releasing the spray. So, you have to push, pry, wiggle and squeeze the trigger in hopes that it will start again under pressure. HORRIBLE DESIGN. So, I called Simpson and they would send me a new gun....in 4 weeks once it was off back order! I then tried to soap my tractor and the gravity / suction type soap dispenser was frozen and wouldn't move. By this time I had had enough and returned it to the Club! Buyer Beware

I bought this pressure washer last month to replace a Black Max 2600 psi washer I had used for years. What a difference! This pressure washer has some real pressure! it cleans patio furniture and the house siding/gutters/decking MUCH better than my old unit. It is easy to start, runs a long time on a tank of gas, provides plenty of pressure. I love it!
