Instructions not easy to follow or understand. Not clear which way to set levers. Downloaded many different instructions. Has not started yet after many tries. Pull cord hard to pull. Would send back if I could and buy an electric start.

My previous Power Washer died and had to get a replacement, I have about 2000 sq ft of deck and cleaned all of that in two days without any issue. Installation was straight forward and easy enough for one person to handle.

This is a compact and powerful machine. Switching out nozzles is simple, and starting it is easy. The best part is that it works just the way I want, which says it all.

Bought this unit for cars and siding cleaning. Works great. Also used the siphon feature to apply copper sulphate to my pond. Again it preformed flawlessly. Will build pressure and get hot if at full speed with no pressure release

Bought this 3 week's ago. Have used in 4x so far and it works well. Easy start that my wife can set-up and run herself. It was well packaged when received. Very easy to put together. Also, light weight to move around.

Takes no time to put together, the packing was excellent! Only gave it 4stars one little problem. The handle is to low it should be bent up much higher - not easy to push or pull otherwise i would give it 5 stars used for 5 hrs did a very good job.

I bought this a couple months ago and it has been very good to me. I do heavy duty pressure washing jobs and detailing boats and vehicles and it is awesome! Very easy to use and I'm very pleased! I recommend it!

Be careful how you placed the unit. Don't let the pressure hose lay against the engine. This will melt a hold in the hose making it unusable. A new hose must be purchased.

The product was easy to setup and use. It did a great job on my stone patio. I have a lot of jobs yet to do. The only issue was the screws holding the handle on vibrate lose all of the time.

I bought this to replace a Craftsman power washer I had totally a better product, the only issue I saw was the nozzles don't seem to be clean and the nozzle stream was broken up, like I may have plastic in the metal portion of it don't k n o w
