This cake was AWFUL!

I wish the people that decorate would come to work with their thinking caps on. Ordered a cake for my sister's 50th birthday and they covered the cake with footballs! I didn't ask for that and why would they think that's appropriate? Again, I ordered a cake for my husbands 40th birthday and they covered it with sprinkles and gumballs. WHY?! Why would they think a 40 year old man wants that on their cake?? At least the actual cake tastes good.

Why SAMS Why? Why would you take an easy cake ordering process and turn it into a complete disaster. I followed the instructions, selected a date provided, paid, and my first cake order was cancelled, with no complete reason. I then had to re-order a cake. SAM's has such delicious cakes that are always perfect for all occasions. Then you take the cake ordering process and make it a complete and utter disaster. Then you only put 50 CHARACTERS, not words, CHARACTERS! On a sheet cake, 50 characters is crazy small. I will not be using your ordering system until this is corrected, so that means I will go elsewhere for my cakes. SAMS this may have been a great decision, but very poorly executed on your part. The only reason for two stars is due to the cake being good.

Please bring back in store cake ordering. Online doesn't give enough options when it comes to customizing cakes.

This cake was delicious and beautiful. Purchased online, so easy, nice selections, paid for it, easy pickup, cake was ready on time. Will purchase again.
