The staff in the bakery were extremely helpful when placing my online order. This was a birthday cake for my daughter with extreme texture and taste issues...She had sampled this before ordering the ladies in the bakery were wonderful

This cake was really good! For the price you cannot beat this. It weighs about 15 pounds. The buttercream is fantastic and the chocolate cake was moist.

I ordered a custom cake but the cake was partially decorated. They did not have the happy birthday writing in the cake. After I picked up my cake I had to ask them to write the happy birthday message on the cake. After all the cake was delicious.

The cake was excellent. It was nice and fresh and of course the icing was delicious. You had a power outage that day and still had people that were able to find the cake and get it for us.

My son's birthday cake was beautiful, and it tasted just as good as it looked! I was well-pleased! You can't be the price either! I will definitely use them again.

This cake was delicious and reasonably priced. I do wish we still had the options to customize that we used to. Now limited to white or chocolate and flowers or not. But still a great bargain.

This cake was decorated exactly as I had requested and it tasted great. All guests commented on it’s excellent decorating work as well as its excellent flavor.

Apparently there was a mix up in the app in ordering…walked in and I was so disappointed… a white cake ..no decorations..nothing..they tried to put a little something on the cake…..just a total disappointment

This cake was ordered to suit a small birthday gathering for adults. It is more than enough for a classroom celebrating. We all were impressed with the size and the taste. This 10in cake will definitely work. Very happy with it.

I requested the buttercream icing but it didn't taste like that's what I got. The cake was very good. We get all of our celebration cakes from Sams. Just disappointed this time
