This is my second refurbished unit. I bought the other one about 6 years ago and it is still going. This new V10 is also refurbished and you can really see the improvement and the deep clean my carpets and floors are getting. I Love Dyson products!!

Based on the performance to date, I am very pleased and fully satisfied, both with the machine and with how well Dyson stands behind its products (we own 3 Dyson products).

It holds a charge for less than 10 minutes and takes 3 hours for a full recharge. It is all hooked up as per the instructions. I would not recommend this product for this reason.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I have 2 cats and mainly hardwood floors and found the Dyson was amazing at picking up cat hair and keeping my house clean

Have concern with brush attachment wheels wearing down and scratching or marking floor. Attachment very easy to change, good quality end pieces and am very satisfied.

Have two cats the Dyson works well in general when dealing with the hair. One cat has ultra fine fur, and has stuck to the vacuum head beater bar, have to hand pick it off. But give it a 10 in all other respects.

This vacuum works well at picking up dog hair. However it is a pain to empty since you have to remove the cleaning wand in order to empty the bin. A poor design.

Have a similar model and have had nothing but issues. Have to say first one was on use, my wife washed the inner filter and it was still a bit wet and fried the motor, thought it was a battery issue and Dyson service was very helpful sending me a new battery. When that didn't work I took it to a Dyson service center (company owned), where guy immediately knew the motor got wet. He had mercy on me and replaced it free. But the vac is very sensitive to any slight air flow restriction and will start/stop constantly. To me Dyson isn't all that is cracked up to be.

This vacuum is getting dirt my old vacuum didn't. I only wish it wasn't wall mounted. In my small house there just isn't room for wall mounting.

This is the best vacuum we have ever had. We will always have a Dyson. My hubby was so impressed he influenced 3 family members to purchase Dyson's.
