In the last couple of months I've tried several stick vacuums and this was the best. Changing tools is a little tricky to get my baseboards and cobwebs but I have learned the best way to get that done. Really good and easy every day in my 3500 sq ft house

My life has changed so much. I purchased my Dyson about two weeks ago and it has saved me so much time with the pet hair, my hair and general cleaning. What used to take me an hour and a half now takes me 20 minutes. I've only used two attachments, but will definitely use the others. The battery life is great for me as well as the filtration. Not having to pull the hair out of the brush is fantastic.

The vacuum works great. I have 3 cats so strong suction is important to me. It charges very quickly and emptying the canister is a breeze. I used the attachment on my couch and chairs and it did a beautiful job of removing the hair. The only downside is that you must keep your finger on the trigger while vacuuming. A regular on/off switch, or lock button, would be nice, especially for those of us that have difficulty with arthritis.

I bought this to replace an older Dyson cordless and could not be happier with the new model! Excellent performance on carpet, rugs and tile. The process to empty the canister takes a few more steps than the older version, but is actually easier to get everything out. Highly recommend buying for anyone considering.

Purchased this unit, because 2 previous (smaller but still quite expensive) Dyson Vacuums failed after about 2 years each. Thinking that this V10 Animal has a larger motor, more suction and larger battery, it may work better and last longer than our two previous Dysons. Hopefully, this will prove to be true. HOWEVER, my wife does not find that the V10 model is as easy to use for light use in the kitchen, foyer and 2 hardwood floor rooms. (we have an Oreck for heavy duty house cleaning) She says the Oreck upright is almost as easy to use as this , and doesn't require "dumping" after each use, as the Dyson requires. Show her as just barely willing to keep it and not to return it!

I'm loving my Dyson more and more everyday! It does a much better job cleaning my house than sweeping alone and it's so easy to just grab it and do some cleaning whenever I have a moment. The attachments help get into corners and pockets that my larger vacuum could never get into. Battery is decent, enough to clean my small 2 bedroom apartment in one go. Also, I work at a performance hall/theater and had used it to vacuum the carpeted areas around the seats before and after shows - so easy and efficient.

Love my Dyson V 10. Vacuumed the whole house all wood floors with runner rugs and battery still 75% charged when finished. Got all the pet hairs that you can't see. It's so easy to empty and comes with attachments. Tried other cordless and nothing compares to my Dyson.

This vacuum is pretty different than all other vacuum cleaners we've ever had. The head picks up hair, dust and all other debris in a single pass over a rug/carpet. I do have to empty the debris container pretty frequently because it picks up so much! After vacuuming, the rugs look like new, so much better than when I used other standard vacuums. It's cordless so using it is easier.

I just absolutely love the new Dyson stick vacuum. It is so easy to use for quick pickup around the counter and all over. It has good suction power too. We actually bought 3 in a period of a year, one for my sister, who has COPD and is on oxygen. It's easy for her to use too.

This vacuum was well worth it. We have had two upright, corded vacuums that were specific for pet hair and even with routine cleaning, those don't hold a candle to this cordless stick vac. I never thought I'd spend this much on a vacuum but it is worth it. I'm sold. The battery life isn't super long but we can usually get through one level of carpeted areas in our home on one charge. If you have pets that shed, the suction is powerful enough to pick up hair out other vacuums were leaving behind. I cannot say enough good things about this. The attachments are super easy to use and take off. The storage mount makes it easy to keep everything in one place.
