Brand new. Used once. Filled the waste bin. Problem: waste release doesn't work. Now have to take it 20 miles to the service center. And hope they can fix it while I wait. Ugh. Did I say it is “brand spanking new”?

Hands down the best vacuum I've ever owned!!! It took me a while to finally bit the bullet and spend this kind of money on a vacuum but I'm so glad I did!

The Battery doesn't seem to last as long as the hoover I bought a couple of years ago. For the money and the battery performance I give it a 2. For power and suction I give it a 4

I bought this about a month ago and LOVE it. First vacuum that gets all the dog hair from my rugs! Super happy with it. And it is very convenient to use.

I like the power this has, I would like it even better if it had a light on the front.( i get a kick out of watching the dust disappear as I vacuum.) And It would also be better if it was easier to clean the barrel, but over all its a great vacuum.

It turns out I don't hate vacuuming, I just hated the vacuum cleaner. I have had this vacuum for less than a month and love it! It makes the work so easy…just grab and go.

Just purchased my Dyson V10. I love it! Easy to use and cleans my hardwood floors. It does a wonderful job cleaning pet hair. A great product ! Tom Rice

I've had a previous model cordless Dyson which finally went after 10 years. I bought the V-10 and what a difference in the power and suction! This unit rivals my Dyson corded animal unit. No cords to fool with and the power heads have a deranged hair feature. That saves me alot of time from taking the brush bar off and cutting off the hair! You will lave this machine especially the long run time to clean the entire house! Kevin M - Media, Pa

This is my first cordless vacuum, and it is a joy to use. It saves me so much time. The convenience of switching attachments and not having to plug and unplug the cord is great. It is very powerful, but the battery does not last very long if you leave it on BOOST. I can clean most of my home on low or medium, and I save BOOST for the tough dog hair stuck in furniture or such. The weight of the top of the vacuum with the battery is not too bad, but it can lean on my thumb and cause irritation.

**Glowing Review of the Dyson V10: A Game-Changer!** I recently upgraded from my trusty Dyson V8 to the new Dyson V10, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the difference it has made in my cleaning routine. From the moment I unboxed the V10, I could tell this vacuum was a step up in every possible way. First off, the suction power is incredible. The V10 boasts a more powerful motor, and you can really feel the difference as it effortlessly picks up dust and debris from carpets and hard floors alike. No more double passes—this vacuum does the job in one go, which saves me so much time! The design is another highlight. It feels more robust yet remains lightweight and easy to maneuver. The new point-and-shoot emptying mechanism is a game-changer; it makes disposing of dirt and debris a breeze, and I don't have to worry about getting my hands dirty. Plus, the improved battery life is impressive. I can clean my entire home without worrying about the vacuum dying midway through, which was a frequent issue with the V8. I also love the versatility of attachments that come with the V10. The new crevice tool and motorized attachments make it easy to tackle different surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. Whether I'm cleaning upholstery or getting into tight corners, the V10 handles it all with ease. Lastly, the noise level is noticeably lower. I can vacuum while my kids are napping without waking them up, which is a huge plus in my household! In conclusion, upgrading to the Dyson V10 has transformed my cleaning experience. It's powerful, efficient, and packed with features that make cleaning a pleasure rather than a chore. If you're considering making the switch, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You won't regret it!
