I own a bakery and use these and a larger size from the same brand. Got 7 of the 2.75qt and just ordered 3 more. I use them for colored fondant icing. My only regret is that my local Sam's does not stock this size on their shelves. the four star rating is because the 3 rivet holding the handle is not flush with the inside of the pot.
