I love the taste of this stuff. not really spicy but it helps

My favorite hot sauce because it is not too hot. Just right. It is always sold out. I use it on fried potatoes and marinade cauliflower with it and roast it in the oven. A little goes a long way.

This hot sauce can really be used as a “sauce” because it's relatively thick and not too spicy. For me it's not something I'm going to use just a dash of. It goes great on Mexican food, I can't have a taco without it.

This is hands down the best hot sauce. However says tapatio is better they don't know much about Mexican hot sauce. The liquid is more think which means it actually have other ingredients besides water me vinegar. The price is low as well

This is really good hot sauce at a great price. I gave it a try today while at the store, and it didn't disappoint. As a huge fan of Frank's, I recently switched to Great Value, but because they don't carry GV in the store, and shipping glass is a 50/50 proposition, I decided, based on reviews, to buy a bottle. It's thicker, more tomato forward, less vinegary than cayenne-type hot sauces, and slightly, SLIGHTLY, hotter, but it has tremendous Mexican picante flavor. Glad I bought this!

This has become one of my favorite hot sauces. For starters, it's not really that hot. Flavor is what sells this sauce. I'd classify Valentina as mild, in fact, though there's a bit of a kick. The dominant flavor is citrus - even though vinegar, peppers, salt and spices make up the ingredients. The flavor works well for me with seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables. I have diabetes and eat a LOT of non-starchy vegetables, both raw and steamed, to keep my weight and blood sugar levels in check. I don't use butter, margarine, mayonnaise or table salt, so I need another flavor enhancer. Valentina makes just about anything edible, with no significant calories. It's great on raw cucumber slices, for instance, or can pick up an otherwise dull salad. I also use it in cole slaws - this makes up for not using mayo or sugar for health reasons. It's especially great if I have some cilantro mixed in as well. If there's one thing I'd change for Valentina, it's the bottle cap, though it's easier now to open than it used to be. I think it's glued on, and it makes it difficult to rinse out the bottle for recycling. (I usually poke a larger hole with a pocket knife, then rinse it.) Finally, Valentina is dirt cheap ... about $2 for a 34-ounce bottle at my WalMart. FYI: There is a hotter version, but I stick with the regular because it's more versatile.
