i love the it, but i just turn it on for the first time today bc its cold and it blow out the fire place and my tv so now neither one comes on i change plugs and its not coming on

all around he did a good job except for he didn't take the legs off of the TV . so he put the TV up on the stand without taking off the legs which just made it look a little weird

im so confused we sent back the fireplace by mistake i have the stand but not the fireplace is their any way i can get that item back i just need the inside firepit i have the stand no pit

had to reschedule like 3 times with these people and they still never showed. wasted 2 whole days waiting for them. better to assemble the product yourself.

i only gave it 3 stars because the people i spoke to were nice. but they dont come the same day of delivering the item. plus they canceled twice and thats why i returned my order. at least best buy deleivers and assembles at the same time.

Ordered and paid for a tv stand and 82 bucks for Angi to assemble. FedEx lost the tv stand so I canceled Angi. Angi kept my 82 dollar assembly fee. So I received a 82 dollar fee by ordering a tv stand which never was delivered. Outrageous

Tv stand guy came on time. It was an easy process. He knew what he was doing and put the tv stand up in about 2 hours or less. I couldn’t have done it by myself. Great work.
