He was on time and did the installation on the TV stand quickly. Only disappointment was he left a piece of styrofoam in the front glass and it looks like the paint is chipped. Have to take apart to get it out I didn't notice till after he left or would have requested for that to be fixed.

I bought services from Angi so that they would have someone install this for me. They hired a handyman for me, who came the day after delivery, and installed a TV stand within 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours with no trouble. He was very nice, worked hard, and installed it exactly as asked. Really recommend Angi's service if you don't want to assemble something on your own.

He did such a great job putting together a fireplace console that came in so many pieces. Very professional, pointed out a dent in the product, and I was very satisfied with the finish product. Will hire with Angi workers again in the future after this great experience!

they was very unprofessional first of all the pro showed up and didnt even start he said i needed some pieces and after he left i called the company and figured out nothing was missing so had to wait another week to have someone else to complete the job to not have the second pro show up they tired to make me wait even longer when its been 3 weeks and a half i immediately ask for a refund and me and my daughter put it up and we should have done that to begin with cause it turned out really good but i dont recommend this service to anyone

TV stand looks amazing. Was exactly what we expected. Directions were easy to follow. The handy assembly service is a joke. I canceled my service because they postponed my assembly three different times. Cant communicate with them except by e-mail

whatever you do listen to me angi is the worst company ever to deal with the whole thing was a hassle i felt like i was running in circles with them i paid for 3 pieces of furniture to be assembled and only had one scheduled the one that was scheduled did not even get completed the guy came and assembled 2 out of the 3 piece dresser set because his "drill died" we agreed on 12:30 the next day and he still did not show up so i called and followed up he told me he was busy and that he would let me know when he was coming he never called so i let about 4 hours go by before following up again he told me it would take him about an hour and he would be here to assemble the laster dresser he still did not show up so now i've had to go through all this hassle between walmart and angi when it comes to getting a refund back for all of the assembly services long story short just order the furniture and call someone to install it this ended up being the better deal for me i ended up getting my furniture installed by a local company for less of the price

Very Unprofessional .The Tech assembled My Moms Tv Stand was very unprofessional Besides the complaints of being "to Hot" to putting the tv stand together on my moms bed(walked by and saw stand on my Moms Bed) he told us that he could not find screws to attatch the middle door to stand..and i did not tell us that he drilled partly through stand and the handle on left door was missing screw. Had to find a screw to fit to hold handle..the middle door has no handle just looks like a peice of wood. i am attatching pic. we are very unsatisfied eith the job done. need a Resolution done ASAP. NOT HAPPY.

There’s a big gap between the doors. It’s so glaring and will need to be reaffixed to close it. This service ended up being a waste of money. I used pro service based on previous reviews. I guess I expected they’d do a better job than I could. Disappointing!!!!

The product came damaged. Scratches and dent in top left corner.The professional who tried to put it together didn't assemble the shelves properly so he said he would need to create new holes on the outside just to insert the shelves. Which would shatter the enamel like a cracked mirror. So it's basically useless and looks like I got it from goodwill. I need to get refunded or sent a new one.

The pros did a great job until I found some broken pieces after they left.
