We paid for an assembly of tv stand. Instead we got delivery but no one showed to assemble. We took time off from work for the appointment, only to get an email from Angi wanting to reschedule. Very poor service. Angi and Walmart = big fail. Now I’ve got try and get my money back.

The young lady who came and put my TV stand together was very nice, and she seemed to know what she was doing. I think she was done within an hour or so. I will say the tv stand was a little wobbly but it could have been the way it was put together or manufacture issue. Overall I like the service for the price.

You can’t access or manage the booking through the Angi app if you book through Walmart, etc. it took several calls to Angi and speaking with multiple representatives to discover this. I was originally assigned an assembler and given an invalid phone number. Day off the assembly, the assembler was late so I tried calling the number provided by Angi and because it was invalid I had no way of reaching the assembler. I got lucky and saw them from my window and was able to catch them. I found out they were a different assembler than originally assigned. Angi nor Walmart never communicated this. The assembler was great, but Angi desperately needs to improve the booking/managing process.

I had a 6:30pm Service Appointment on July 8,2025, to have a fireplace tv stand, assembled. By 7:30pm I phone the guy that was doing the work due to he hasn’t phoned me or showed up…He stated he was running late on another job and will get to me in 45 minutes… Hours went by and he still wasn’t here or phoned me by 9:45pm….I tried to phone him again, but couldn’t get through and received a email that I Cancelled My Appointment! Which I did not!! I phoned the Main number and spoken to Angi Rep, told them the guy never showed up and was rescheduled for (2) days later…

I paid 80 bucks for a angie pro to come out to my house through walmart service. when the "pro" got here she had another person with her i guess to help her out, the guy that came with her did all the work and she assisted him by calling out the next steps from the instructions. 85 inch tv stand was the job, they left out screws and important parts, drilled screws in the wrong way and left out the screws that holds up the LED lights and the screws to the doors on the tv stand. the extra parts that were needed that they left out were thrown away in the trash by them. I would not recommend this angie service from walmart at all because they are not professinols at all, I could have saved my money and did the job myself for the service that I recieved.

The contractor that was sent to my home didn’t complete the assemble he told my husband he didn’t have time to complete putting together the tv stand and that he wasn’t gonna get paid for staying over his time and that he had another job to get to so he left the stand half assembled and he told my husband that he would return but he never returned I contacted the agency that sent him and I got 2 stories 1 he should’ve have called and made them aware of being behind and completed the job he would get paid and 2 he should’ve never left because that’s not the policy that the agency allows

Canceled so many times I just told them I wanted my money back I have never done this service before and I won’t ever do it again So unprofessional texting me about coming out on Easter at 12 then saying they were coming out at 3 then saying they would b coming out days later I had about 4 cancellations Will never make that mistake again

horrible. they guy said he would be back and never returned. he didn't finished assembling the entertainment center. i have little ones and he literally left it scattered. how awful. now what. and he broke a piece. probably why he didn't come back. he didn't even say u just said he would be back from grabbing a tool that he didn't come prepared with.

I ordered a BELLEZE Fireplace TV Stand with Walmart and purchased the assembly with Angi through Walmart. I am so happy that I did and that my experience with the Tech Ola was very positive. The fireplace/tv stand is a wonderful product, very sturdy and a beautiful site. The manual mentioned it would take 2hrs to build between two people. The tech came alone and willing to do the job on his own. It took a little longer but I was not bothered at all because it was a two person job but our tech was patient and kind to complete the job on his own. Our tech was very respectful of us, our home, and the item he put together. We definitely would continue to work with him and with Angi services as it was very convenient to add on the service while shopping online.

Not a fluid process when the vendor makes a mistake and cancels/refunds the item and leaves the monies paid for assembly in tact with no answer about who needs to refund the money. Very irritating. I will never pay for assembly with Walmart order EVER AGAIN! I’m questioning whether I will buy big ticket items from Walmart ever again. Fix your broken process.
