The Serta Bleu Embrace Hybrid Firm mattress lives up to its name, it is a firm mattress. When it was first delivered, I was concerned that it was too firm, as this is my first time using a firm mattress. I won’t even go back to a soft mattress! While being firm, the mattress still contours to your body and provides great comfort and support. The Bleu Embrace Hybrid Firm mattress has done wonders for my back pain. I don’t wake up stiff and sore with this mattress. As a woman of a certain age with back issues, this mattress has been a life changer. It also has cooling technology which is great for sleepers who tend to get hotter at night and sweat in their sleep. I’m a side sleeper, and this mattress works perfectly for me. I recommend the Serta Bleu Embrace Hybrid mattress and am now a firm mattress convert.

We’ve had this bed for about 2 weeks & now it’s hard to imagine how we slept without it. When we first sat down on it we thought it felt a little firmer than we usually like but after a night on it we feel the hybrid was the perfect choice . Extremely comfortable and clearly great quality

Serta has created a firm mattress that cradles my body through the night while relieving back pain and pressure on my joints! I normally have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep through the night but I have slept so well the past 2 weeks on this mattress. Words don’t do this mattress and its comfort level justice. Just get yourself a Serta!

Cooling feature not fully used since it is wintertime but in the few weeks I've had the new mattress- no issues. Really love the design and comfort. Looking forward to many years of great sleep. Got an adjustable base and it is a blessing for my allergies to be able to lift my head without having to stack pillows. Great investment for my health.

Moving from a soft mattress to a fairly firm mattress took a couple nights to get used to. After a couple night I found myself sleeping through the night. Being a carpenter for 22 plus years there are many mornings I wake up feeling the need to stretch my tight back. I have not woken up with a tight back or felt the need to stretch in the morning after sleeping on this mattress. I wake up ready to go. I am naturally a back sleeper. I find good support across my whole back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Serta queen size mattress Blue Embrace Hybrid Firm is a very well made mattress that every time I lay down to sleep, I feel like I’m sleeping in a nice bed at a luxurious hotel. The designs and materials used are in good quality. It’s the best mattress I have ever slept on thanks to the combination of memory foam and coils structures that provides continuous support for my body. I like that the mattress is not too firm and the memory foam top finish provides my body with plenty of body contouring for softness and soothing feeling for the whole body. I feel waking up well rested without any backache at all. This is a great mattress that makes to last for a long time and I would definitely recommend it without any hesitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down my favorite mattress I’ve ever owned in my adult life. Our household is a diehard memory foam zone. Three beds all from a competitive brand that rhymes with Jasper that we love. But this bed is definitely taking over my previous beloved bed’s space. We didn’t need a new mattress but this one fell into our laps and we are so happy it did. Back pain? None! Hip pain? Zilch. I just had a baby and am finding myself very comfortable when no other mattress has felt good postpartum. The firmness is neither too soft nor too firm. The springs are a welcomed bounce (especially for my 4 year old who has never had the pleasure of jumping on a bouncy bed before). There was limited off gassing when the bed was opened and absolutely no residual smell now!

This is a really well made mattress and is the correct firmness for my sleep needs. This is the first hybrid mattress I have owned, and I really am glad I chose it. The foam layer gives support and comfort. I will likely buy another in the twin version for my cabin.
