These leave sticky residue on nose and only scrubbing nose several times with a wash cloth and trying to peel the sticky residue off works. Alcohol does not work. I bought the no name brand extra strength a few days ago and they work well with no sticky residue. I am so disappointed that I bought Breathe Right brand instead of the no name brand from Sam's Club.

These are easy to apply and STAY ON unlike other brands or the standard strength. They reduce or eliminate snoring by providing more airflow via the nose.
