Hi Tim. Thank you for your providing your experience with the Michelin Primacy All Season tires. We're sorry to hear they didn't meet expectations. A member of our team will be in contact with you shortly or you can give us a call at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).

We're sorry to hear your tire lost air after driving on gravel and tarmac. A sudden loss of air pressure can occur if the tire or wheel has been damaged by a road hazard. We recommend having the tire inspected by an authorized tire retailer as soon as possible to determine the cause. Once the inspection is complete, please contact our Consumer Care team at 866-866-6605 (Mon-Fri 8 AM-7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM-1 PM EST) and we'd be happy to review the findings with you.

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the performance of your Primacy All Season tires, but we're sorry they did not deliver the tread life expected. Tire wear can vary based on vehicle, maintenance, driving habits, and road conditions. We recommend visiting an authorized tire retailer for an inspection and call us with the results at 866-866-6605 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM EST, Sat 9 AM–1 PM EST).
