New "Original" scent is awful

We used to love original smell. Now, our clothes have an overpowering scent that is so off putting, that we are switching to another brand after 25 years.

Great Tide Product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great. It cleaned well while washing cold water. Got some stains out and also protected the colors very well. I loved the smell as well. I will buy this again once I finish it.

I like using original scent tide because it just smells like fresh laundry. It keeps my clothes soft and doesn't make them fade. You can't beat the OG.

"New" Scents are Bait and Switch - Goodbye, Tide!

After 18 years, goodbye Tide! Original scent moved to Mountain Spring, but now that changed too. Smells disgusting! No indication of this on the label either. Bring back TRUE Original scent Tide!

Worth every penny!

I love using Tide, it cleans my husbands clothes as well as my kids clothes very well...I give it 5 stars even considering the price. If the company could find a way to make it even a little less, it would get like 10 stars! I LOVE MY Tide.

smell changed

The fragrance on the original tide was the reason I used it, and it seems to have changed! I want the old scent back, and have changed laundry detergent brands because of the new smell.

Excellent cleaning detergent

Trusted brand!!

New Scent is Horrible

Tide changed the scent of this product. It smells like bad men's cologne. Do NOT buy this new version. It's in the 92oz container, which they reduced form the original 100oz container. Please bring back the old scent.

You will be able to do the same amount of loads with fewer ounces of detergent.
