[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Tide! This is the only detergent we use. It smells amazing, gets our clothes “brand new” clean, & is gentle on our skin. I use it on my 10 mo olds clothing & it doesn't irritate him at all. I definitely recommend Tide!

My household has always used tide and when I went off to college I continued using it. The smell is nice and lasts along time. Tide is great for getting stains out and cleaning extra dirty clothes. We use tide for all clothes but especially my dads work/farming clothes!

I used the HE Tide in my old top load washing machine not knowing how it would perform. It was as effective as regular Tide. Love the lasting fragrance and how clean and fresh my clothes end up.

Everyone complains about the horrible odor of this Tide and yet the company refuses to switch back. That doesn't make sense. It's like spitting in paying customers faces. Why did they change it in the first place? I switched to Kirkland. It doesn't make my laundry stink and it does a great job cleaning.

The bottle isn't too heavy or awkward making it easy to lift and pour into the machine. I also like the design of the lid for pouring in the soap, it's not messy like other bottles.

This scent is nice and lingers just a little bit even after drying my clothes which I like. It's not overpowering, and my clothes smell fresh. I haven't decided yet if it actually cleans better but I feel like it might. I use less than the recommended amount and still get the clean feel and light scent, so I have been happy so far!

I've tried many different detergents over the years- and yet I always come back to the original Tide. I find the original scent to be the best. It always leaves our clothes feeling so fresh and clean! I always recommend Tide to our friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used tide before but not the original scent, not only does it clean my clothes amazingly but it's probably one of the best smelling detergents I've ever used!! The size jug is a great value as it's done many loads!! I will defiantly be using this again!!

I have been a user of Tide for over 20 years, since I first started doing my own laundry in college, and have been completely satisfied...until now. It seems they have changed the formula for "Original" Tide (including Mountain Spring). The new formula smells absolutely HORRIBLE. It is a sickly sweet, heavily perfumed smell that I can not stand to be around, let alone wear clothes that were washed in the scent. I was able to find some bottles of the old formula in a local store (New formula cap says "6X Clean Even In Cold") (Old formula cap says "My Tide [cap] = 6 [cap]) and had to rewash all of my clothes in the old formula. If this formula is not changed back, once my old formula Tide is depleted, you will lose a customer for life. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Please change it back.

Tide is the only thing that I've found that actually gets them clean and makes them smell fresh. I'll never use anything else!
