I have always been a fan of Tide Laundry detergent so this was a very exciting opportunity to test and review the Tide Original Liquid Detergent. I am a busy mom and laundry is a never ending challenge. I don't have time to waste by sorting out laundry and washing in warm, hot, cold, gentle, heavy duty and whatever other cycle. Having this Tide laundry detergent and being able to wash everything in cold water without having to worry about colors fading, bad odors staying in clothes, or what cycle needs to be washed first. I can simply add a whole load without having to worry at all. This makes my life so much easier. It has cut my laundry time down significantly by not having to worry about the washing process. Tide is a wonderful product that leaves your clothes smelling clean and fresh long after the wash is finished. I love being able to wash everything in cold water.

I was very impressed at how well it removed stains in cold water. I really didn't think it would work on stained kitchen towels & my husbands t-shirts but it did.

I have to very stinky boys so having a 100oz jug of Tide on hand I priceless. Our clothes come out of the wash fresh and clean. My boys love the fresh scent and softness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tide! I've tried other brands and always go back to Tide. It cleans like no other detergent. My son is a real mess. When he gets food, mud, paint, blood and/or a variety of other substances on his clothes, I don't even worry about it because I know Tide will get it out. It might cost a little bit more, but I've found you don't have to use as much and the cleaning power is worth the extra money. Plus I love the scent of the original Tide. It's not overwhelming. Just smells clean.

I've used Tide Original liquid for years. Following my first use of the "new" scent (which I was initially unaware had changed), I thought my washer was broken and didn't complete the rinse cycle. The smell was overpowering - like an old lady's stale perfume left over from World War I. I emailed Tide and received this response: "Our Tide Original and Tide Mountain Spring liquid laundry detergents were upgraded to new and improved scents that still provide a great smell of clean. Our ‘new' Tide Original liquid laundry detergent's scent provides an improved scent experience. Tide Original liquid laundry detergent's scent now matches Tide Original powder laundry detergent's scent. If you prefer the fragrance from your previous Tide Original, we suggest Tide Mountain Spring liquid laundry detergent as it now contains the ‘old' Tide Original fragrance. Tide Mountain Spring liquid laundry detergent's scent now matches Tide Mountain Spring powder laundry detergent's scent."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up my mom always washed with Tide but I hadn't really carried on with it. Well, I'm glad I gave it a go because my wife says it cleans our clothes much better than anything we've had. Which when you have kids, is especially important so their clothes don't ruin as fast. I've also noticed our clothes have a nicer smell when all clean that they didn't previously. It's a light, clean scent.

The scent stayed on my towels and I really loved how fresh and clean everything smelled. It has been years since I used this detergent, but now I have bought it and I'm using it! Tide really has made a change in the new formula and it really is an improved product. It cleans and smells great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not usually use Tide Original, I usually go with unscented because i use fabric softeners and scent boosters. I scent my laundry the way I want, but Wow, I love the smell of this. I'm not sure if Tide changed their formula, but it is like a 2 in 1. Great cleaning + wonderful smell! I love the fragrance, and it cleaned very well. My husband is in his uniform for 12+ hrs a day so I really need a detergent that works against odor, and Tide does! I am going to wash my bedding next so when you walk in the bedroom you can smell the clean & fresh scent!
