These were a gift as I already have some. They are the best grinders I’ve ever bought. More expensive than I’d usually go for but honestly worth every penny. It’s great that you can choose the coarseness of grind and they are super easy to refill and clean.

When looking for a new set we looked at Joseph Joseph as having already owning some of their other products we knew they would be well designed, look nice and work well. We are very pleased, very easy to fill from the bottom, no mess after use as the grind comes from the top . They look pleasantly and feel nice to use and easy to handle.

I now check and tighten it before I use it which can be a pain as I have not got the best memory

We use the salt and pepper mills every day. We find them to a very tactile fell and very easy to use and refill. I find that there is a lot of salt comes out when you grind it, but this is maybe because of the setting or the salt I have in the mill. The pepper I have no trouble with it works very well. I would certainly buy again..

Beautiful design. They look really great and are much better than my previous set. The fact nothing is left on the side after the mills are used keeps work surfaces and table tops clean. Being able to adjust the coarseness is also a good feature. Very happy with my purchase.

Looks good in my kitchen, and great hat the bottom of the pots keep clean! However, the base is a little vulnerable to becoming loose - peppercorns all over the floor!- and the tops need to be screwed rather tightly, meaning that the grains of salt and pepper too fine!

Finally a great idea that gives you the look and shape of a traditional mill but way way better! Best of all no more mess either. The salt and pepper mills have a great feel to them, and very easy to grip and use. Highly recommended and another excellent quality product from J&J.

Really reduces the amount of mess left on the table. Looks stylish. Feels good quality. Grinds well and easy to adjust grind size. However, the lighter grinder has already been tomato splashed and due to the rubberised finish it’s stained. These things are supposed to be used though…

Really lovely colours. Slightly lighter weight than I was expecting. Seems to do the job well. The 4 different grinding sizes it seems to be more of a variable gradient scale than four separate settings. The cover is a good idea to stop steam clogging up the system but you do need to tap it regularly to stop build up happening. Anyway, this is legit the best salt and pepper mill we have bought. It’s worth the crazy price as it does seem built to last. My partner increases the wear and tear speed astronomically and this is our third set this year but I’m confident these seem here to stay 😂

The feel of these were good with a good weight. The colours were perfect as they blend in with any decor and the fact that you can alter the size of the salt and pepper being grounded is a bonus. The only reason I marked them down a star was because the product clogs up where it comes out so it makes a mess on the table if you don’t tap out the remnants after using.
