I washed the sheets first in cold water and packaging oder disappeared. Out of the dryer, absolutely wrinkle-free and the rich texture of Egyptian cotton is evident. Fit and quality of stitching and hems is as fine as any sheets I ever owned. I'm buying another set and hope others have the same experience. Enjoy !

These are the only sheets I like, wide striped and Peacock. I like my room dark, and these absorb light, I have med/dark blue walls and wood blinds with blackout curtains. I like to sleep in a cave, and these are perfect. Last order they mistakenly sent me pinstriped light sheets. After returning, and the store helping me, they sent me a free set 2 months later. Those sheets were not very heavy and they got a hole in them within a couple of years. These are the same color and pattern but are HEAVY and much SOFTER. Given the hole and the fact I had to wait months for these to be back in stock again and they price has gone up, I am thrilled with these. Thick, heavy, soft, striped and the peacock color is the same. Love them.

They have the right size pockets to fit the bottom of the mattress. They fit perfectly and don't ride up with tossing or turning from sleep.

I think these will be great to hold in the heat during the cold winter months. The fabric feels soft and smooth and doesn't catch on your skin like some microfiber sheets do.

I have used these sheets for over 10 years. I love the nice heavy thick elastic bands on the fitted sheets. I changes sheets every 4 days due to animals and my sheets held up until I was sick of the color and bought new ones. The people who bought my old ones said they were the best they ever had. Every time I buy for gift people go on and on about how wonderful they are and thanking me over and over. I just wish they could get them back in stock. My mother wants another set.
