My family loves so many dishes that call for ground beef & I have a real problem with the quality of meat in our local stores. If ground beef looks or smells bad when cooking I'm not going to eat it or feed it to my family. Our oldest son raises our beef however I always run out of burger before anything else. Family members are very disappointed when the dishes they love are no longer on the menu. While Sam's shopping one day I thought I'm going to give this ground beef a try, purchased the 90/10 lean & prepared some that very night. I and the rest of my family were amazed. I would rate it right up there with the ground beef from cattle my own son raises. Needless to say I went back to Sam's within a couple of days and purchased 80 lbs. more.

Great way to buy hamburger meat! I usually buy 2-3 tubes at a time and repackage ready for use. This however was an even better buy! Just make sure you have enough freezer room when you do.

Very happy with flavor and it really is lean. Happy it came in 10 pound sleeves to makes for ease of use.

This is very lean hamburger and much cheaper than buying individual packs in a grocery store. We will definitely buy this again!

We looked at the price per pound at other stores and even for 80 lean it was almost $4 on sale at a large store competitor. We buy the case, hang on to a couple chubs, and offer the rest to our friends at cost. They snap them up! Good tasting meat at a very good price.

I like shopping sometimes and then Walmart

Love buying this in bulk and breaking down. We have done this for 10 years, so now we can't get it we miss it terribly. We always order and pick up due to my disability, but now we are unable to purchase the things we need that way. Hence, we have to shop elsewhere. We really do miss it.

We have bought many of these boxes in the past, with no issues. The latest box we bought was labeled as 90% according to the nutritional label. It cooked up at maybe 70%, 80% at best. We gave our son one of the chubs. He took pictures of theirs. He couldn't believe it was labeled as 90%. It was amazing. I don't think I will be getting anymore from Sams. We have only used 4 of the 8 chubs in the box, but those four were all the same, tons of grease.
