Great tire!

Had to order the tires it took a week and was never notified that they came in I had to call to find out. Had an appointment on 12/11/25 at 11am which did not go well cause the installation could not happen because of lack of experience, they could not get my lug nuts off. I asked what was the problem the installer said they did not have the right size socket, so I said if I get you the right socket can you do it he said yes, I had to walk over to a Home Depot and purchased one. I brought it back and then they tell me they can't use outside tools, I don't understand why he had me go buy the correct socket and says he can't use it. So after being a very upset and unsatisfied customer my experience with Torrance Sam's Club tires I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Very poor service and to mention I got home and was abled to loosen the lug nuts with my cordless impact driver with NO problem, not happy had to cancel my order.

I wasted a lot of energy pricing out tires.  I was not expecting to find what I needed,  but the gentleman showed me two of the tires I was interested in and I was able to buy them install them and shop all in an hours time!
Bravo to the guys installing the tires and the great advice
