These are OK buns that are pretty much in line with store brand buns in various grocery stores and at about the same price. Get them at SAMS for the convenience. Best used fresh, these don't freeze very well - they shrink and dry out. A way better value (when they have them) are the Nature's Own Brioche buns which are slightly larger and freeze and thaw very well. I don't know why SAMS doesn't carry those all the time.

These are never super soft/fresh, but this time, they were moldy with 6 days to go until the date on the package. We were eating them when my daughter noticed BLUE on the bottom of a bun. I checked the package and several had blue spots. Date on package is 2/23. Date purchased 2/14. Date of photos 2/17 when we opened them and started eating them, not realizing the bottoms were blue.
