Its summer where the price of meat do increased, just like my last visit I noticed the prices was up.

I have gotten this roast twice. It's a dramatic roast to serve a crowd. So simple, just grub on a generous coating of coarse steak rub, chopped garlic, fresh rosemary, parsley and thyme then into the oven or smoker for a couple hours until the meat thermometer hit 230 degrees. It's a Very luscious, flavorful and tender roast.

The hamburgers were delicious

Be careful what you order, they estimated cost around $780 per case but charged $900+

Bought this thinking it would be as good as the pre-cut packaged steaks. Not even close,they were tough and very chewy. I had quests for dinner and I was embarrassed they were so bad. I was reassured by the butcher that they were the same and just as good. Not true! I don't think they were really Choice Angus??
