Poorly Made

Bought mine near the end of last season (2024) as they were out of stock when I finally wanted to get one. So got it and left it in the box till the 2025 season rolls around. What a mistake I made by not checking. I get this out of the box and plug it in and the motor seems weak as the inflatable is having a hard time staying inflated but also it looks like the stitching was bad as random holes near the eye on one side where it got folded during the making I guess. The box says lifetime warranty but I don’t see any this year for my school so HUGE let down by this company.
