I only buy Filtrete, they're the best. Unfortunately my 10 year old furnace died 2 days after I received these filters and I never had a chance to use them. Replacement furnace uses a different size and the company I used provides free filters for 2 years so I will be returning these. Will buy the new size from Sam's when the free filters run out or if I decide the free filters aren't doing the job.

We've used these 1600MPR type filters from Filtrete for several years in our 1400 sq foot, 2-story condo. It does a good job for its intended purpose as near as I can tell. Although I'm not able to see allergen, bacteria and viruses, I do always see a discoloration on the pleats when I change-out the filter at 3-month intervals.

Filtrete is a very good filter. Traps the pollen this time of year. I have a dual heat pump that has different Returns and the settings. One upstairs and one downstairs in the ceiling. I also have a larger return in the Den. All work well with Filtrete filters. Rarely have to dust!

This is a quality high air flow filter. I took static pressure measurements with and without these filters and adjusted my HVAC max air flow settings for each zone to stay within a 0.5 to 0.8 range for static pressure. I installed 3 of these filters and 4 months later they are still clean and having almost no impact on air flow. These filters are far better and flow significantly more air than really cheap 3M filters. They also fit the housing tighter and seal better. I know because I had some from previous owners to compare. I gave that junk away on marketplace. These combined with a robot vacuum and mop have kept my home virtually dust free over these 4 months and they have a lot of life left. If you think these restrict your air flow too much, you need to get your HVAC settings adjusted and possibly get professional help if your ducts aren't sized properly. Air flow issues are a problem with your system, not with these high flow filters.

I bought these "higher end" filters from Sam's Club (online) for a great price, and had them shipped directly to my home. I already knew the quality was good but I was shocked when the filters arrived with no damage whatsoever. No dents, no dings, no moisture . . . perfect. They were in better condition than what they would have been if I had bought them from a store in person.

I’ve been purchasing my furnace filters from Sam’s for a few years now and it appears these filters are much sturdier than those I have purchased in the past. Great upgrade in product and as always, great customer service/support. Thanks, Sam’s Club!

Seems to have only a few less pleats as a 1900 limited info out there on these but I'm glad to have a budget option that seems to perform well and let's the HVAC unit breather easier. More pleats equal better air flow and less static pressure for your system when it starts to get dirty. Less stress on HVAC units

When I saw these on sale at Sam's, I immediately went down to stock up. They clean the most miniscule particles of dust, debris, and other particles from you recycled air, and add years of life to you HVAC unit by preventing this particulate from getting caught up in your coils.

My friend recommended these filters and I'm very happy using them. The air is a lot cleaner; I don't have to change the filter out for 3 months. I highly recommend, although pricey, it is definitely worth the money. Also, they have a reminder when to change out filters.

I know HVAC workers will cringe when I say this, but we really like these better than the cheap ones they HVAC workers say to use. I don't think they're a waste of money. Having the pets we have, being smokers, and living in an older house that's hard to keep dust and dirt out these help much better than the cheap ones. Instead of changing the cheap ones 1 or 2 times a week, we can sometimes go almost a month with these
