The item that I ordered for delivery was great & the delivery itself was wonderful. However, the reason this item was ordered for delivery is because I didn't receive the item with my pickup order that was done earlier the same day. I called to speak with someone, his name was Darshon. He informed me that I didn't receive the item because there wasn't anymore. I informed him that it showed online, on the receipt, that I was charged for it. He said he would do the return/refund for me. It has been almost a month & I haven't seen the refund in my bank account. I don't want to select return on the receipt, in case it has been refunded as a store credit or some other way. What do I need to do?

Such a treat for my son you really enjoy the flavors and they were just the right size for him.
