Sometimes are nice, cute r really cute roses but also sometimes r Dry broke or just a completlly mess at store

This is the third, 18 stem bunch I’ve bought, and there has been one that is decapitated. Disappointing! Sam’s florists need to inspect closely.

Your flowers, are more times than not,wilted and not fresh inventory. They use to be fresh all of the time.
