Noise levels can vary based on factors such as road surface, vehicle type, and tire maintenance. We recommend visiting an authorized Michelin dealer to ensure the tires are installed correctly and check for any alignment or inflation issues that could contribute to noise. We’re sorry to hear that the traction performance of the CrossClimate 2 hasn’t met your expectations in wet and snowy conditions. Your safety and confidence on the road are extremely important to us. We recommend visiting your local tire dealer for a full inspection of the tires. They can assess whether any setup or vehicle-specific factors may be affecting performance.
