Overall these are good tires and I am glad I bought them. First, even though they are “all weather” and usuable year round, I swap them out for dedicated winter tires, so I cannot comment on how they preform in severe winter conditions. However, soon after putting them on this spring (March 2024), we had a few cm’s of snow in the Toronto area. They handled this spring snowfall and resulting messy roads effortlessly. In normal commuter driving around the city and during one long distance highway trip I have taken, they have preformed very well in all aspects, steering, braking, accelerating and ride, whether it is sunny or wet, the road is perfect or bumpy. The one draw back is there is some tread growl. I drive a 2017 Mazda 3, which isn’t a whisper quite car, and the tread noise tends to blend in with the normal Mazda sound in a way that does not make it annoying. However if quiet running is a key priority for you, there are probably other tires that will better meet your needs.

I have purchased these tires for a variety of different sedan and mini van vehicles, and they are perfect all-season tires for those living in the Midwest. We get a fair amount of snow in winter and rain in spring / fall, and these tires perform well in those conditions. The added bonus if they are not loud when driving 60+ mph on the freeway, and they help me maintain a decent MPG rating when driving in the city + freeway. Overall, I am happy that I purchased these in the past and I am planning to continue purchasing them in the future.

First off I’m a huge Michelin fan until now. Everyone raved about these so I plopped down a weeks take home and had them installed on my rogue. Huge mistake! I had primacy’s and absolutely loved them but these are horrendous. They ride like they’re filled with concrete, dropped highway mpg from 31 to 27 and produce a noticeable hum. To make matters worse, the vibrate @80 mph and all the balancing and alignment checks in the world can’t get rid of it. I bought an extra set of factory rims and had a competitors tire installed, which was almost 59% less and the vibration is gone. Bad tires! They do wear like iron is the only good thing I can say. I use these now for a winter tire and hope we don’t get snow so I don’t have to swap wheels out. So disappointed in what I spent for such a gimmicky tire.

First 2,000 miles my fuel mileage dipped from 41mpg to 38mpg (hybrid) but once they wore in they have been the most sure footed and quiet tires I’ve ever driven. I commute 120miles per day and currently have 43,000 miles on them. Still silent and trouble free. Wet/rain and snow braking and handling and overall performance makes this tire by far the best car tire on the market.

Bought Cross Climate for Honda CrV 2019 and 5000 miles later had 2 punctures episodes. Both looked and felt the same - knock-knock sound - and screw inside the tire thread. I googled “puncture resistance of Cross Climate tires” and found the same cases. I generally like Michelin products but this one is very disappointing.

Bought these tire about 4 months ago. Yesterday, I traveled to Mankato, MN and encountered a spring snow storm with fairly heavy snow fall. We saw 10 cars in the ditch! In one case, we were directly behind a sedan that spun out in a curve ahead of us. We were the same speed as that car and did not feel any loss of traction! Our speed was approximately 45. I did take my foot off the gas as we watched him slide sideways, coming to a stop in a driveway. At no time did I feel any twitchy or loss of adhesion to the road surface! I highly recommend these tires in snow country! These tires are slightly rougher riding and noisier than my previous all season tires but do not change my rating at all, these tires may save your life!

One year Review- Put a set on both my Lexus LS430 and RX330 in September 21'. Now added approximately 10K miles to each vehicle. Handling tightened up on both vehicles, getting a little better milage and traction is incredible. But the most noticeable change was the noise. I have used most models of Michelin tires over the years and they all start out very smooth and quiet but get noisier within a few thousand miles. These CF2's have stayed really quiet and smooth. and highly recommend. About to add a set to a 4x2 F-150. Would like to see a review from someone who has done so.

I bought a set of CrossClimate 2 this spring of 2021. I know Michelin tires are one of the best tires out there. In my rating, CrossClimate 2 in different categories. I bought these tires 2 years ago. There a few people here saying that tires don’t perform in snow I really don’t know what there talking about. We have a couple stretches in Vancouver were the snow was really bad and these tires were super amazing on snow especially being in a cul ta sac My Suv ran trough deep snow like nothing and had excellent traction on main road in slushy weather. The performance in rain and dry weather was excellent definitely the best tires I’ve ever had on any vehicle I owned I would highly recommended it.

I was very hesitant to put these on my Honda Accord V6 coupe, but very glad I did! I didn't lose grip and handling, and the ride is quiet and smooth. The performance in rain and snow have been the best I have experienced in a tire. I have been super-pleased with this tire!
