Information does not make it clear that your mattress/box spring sets ATOP of this and there are no side supports to keep your mattress/box spring from sliding off. There is A piece of double sided sticky tape on the wood slats to hold your mattress on? Also, if you used a box spring with your mattress on this, you will need a small step stool to get into bed because the height is 35" for a smaller sized mattress. For two hundred bucks I feel I wasted my money
